Your information, briefly.

This notice explains how Vividh Landscape Consultants Pvt. Ltd. handles personal information, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry we keep your name, phone number, email, the project details you choose to share and the page you came from. We use them only to reply and to discuss your project. We do not sell or share them for marketing.

Job applications

We keep your application and CV for up to 12 months so we can consider you for roles, then delete them unless you have joined us. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Site attendance

For people working on our sites, supervisors record attendance with a photograph and the location of the supervisor’s phone at the site. Photographs are kept for 60 days for verification and then deleted; attendance records are kept as required by labour law. We do not use face recognition. Workers can ask their supervisor or our HR team to see their own records.

The sky on our home page

When you turn on the sky on our home page, its clouds, light and breeze follow today’s weather, which we look up from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute. By default we show the sky over our studio in Noida. If you allow location in our cookie notice, your browser shares your approximate position, which we round to about ten kilometres and use only to look up the weather. We never store it or link it to you.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as a session cookie and protection against forged form submissions. Your browser also remembers, on your own device, your answer to our cookie notice and whether you turned the sound or the sky on or off. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer.
